The customer is looking for a one click button for approving a guest. Right now the process is as follows:
- Guest associates with the Guest SSID.
- Guest goes to sign up for a new user, inputs his/hers information and picks a sponsor then clicks Submit.
- Sponsor gets the email notification for the new guest user and opens the link for approval.
- Sponsor logs into the ISE box and approves the guest.
The change we want is on step 4, the customer wants the login information to be embedded in the approval email sent to the sponsor during step 3. Is this possible using just ISE? Or we’re looking at heavy customization, using an SSO solution, etc.
