Hi,
We have Cisco SG500X-48 and SG550XG-24F, and we're using the the 10Gb SR modules. When we light the fiber with these modules, we get the error on the SG500X-48. I actually have a set of SG550XG's (550XG-8F8T) that light up fine between the two with the same module.
Below is the error on the SG500X-48. On the SG550XG it just shows the link go up and down.
