Smart Net Total Care - Account Setup In Progress for more than 24 hrs

According to instructions (https://supportforums.cisco.com/blog/12600946/self-service-onboarding-register-get-access-smart-net-total-care-portal#comment-form)  I am supposed to post here if an account is not available after 24 hours:

My customer's account has been at the "account setup in progress" for a couple weeks.  I only noticed today because I am setting up the smart net collector and need to register and pull do licensing.  The CCO account is MIGIBSON
