One of my customers is having CUM 11.5 version which has synced with AD sources for end users.
Local CUCM admin (userid) which used at the time of installation stops working intermittently( and at the same time AD users having admin privileges are able to log in to
Error Message: Log on Failed - Invalid UserID or Password
Troubleshooting steps were done :
1. Cleared Browser Cache. ( IE, Chrome)
2. Checked Audit logs ( Invalid UserID or Password)
3. Restarted Tomcat.
N.B not done any password reset, since
Post 1-2 hours we will be able to login with the same local
