We updated Cisco Jabber from 11.8 to 11.9 on some Windows workstations for testing. Afterwards the group call pickup popup does not show up anymore even though it still does on the phone display. When we navigate inside Jabber to Pick up tab and pressing Pickup while someones phone of same group rings it picks the call as it does with the according softkey on the deskphone. So everything is working beside showing the popup.
We run CUCM version 11.5.1.12900-21 and IMP 11.5.1.12900-25.
Does anybody have the same issue or in an opitmal way the solution for our issue? :)
