My Topologie Looks like:
I have two N7706 and they speak HSRP with the FW, additional I have PIM enabled for my Multicast Services. The two nexus have a static route towards the VIP of the FW.
The problem is now, that PIM is not HSRP aware and the RPF fails, because the next hop is not the PIM neighbor.

More info: The PIM joins towards Source/RP is sent only when there is a PIM neighbor learnt on the next hop.

The workaround with static mroute or dynamic routing between the N7706 and the FW is not very nice.
My question: I guess I am not the only one with that setup, so how did you guys fixed the issue?
