Hi guys,
i have a problem while inserting a gateway from bulk administration. I have already configured around 3-4 VG310, so i had already created a template.
Today i tried to import another one gateway, but as job result i had:
Insert Gateways
Failure Details :
Domain Name Error Code Error Description
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
407 The Model type for the specified Product type was not found
Result Summary :
INSERT for 0 Gateway passed.
INSERT for 1 Gateway failed.
And that's the file i had tried to insert (.csv):

To complete my info, i work with a CUCM 11.X and the VG310 is SCCP connected. i also read tht page:
