Hi Guys,
I wanted to share a recent problem which i was troubleshooting in regards to the Multicast MOH.
The actual problem which was reported was Multicast MOH not working. when i logged in to the VG i found Skinny Music-on-Hold Process is NOT YET STARTED!

After further investigation, i found that the command max-dn missing under call-manager-fallback.
After adding this i was able to get the MOH working.
