All our users have their DNs forwarded to the main number if unanswered.
The main number is forwarded to Unity to make a check if the office is open and then sent back to a shared line.
If I replace the main number with the shared line, I can see which number has been forwarded and which number it is calling. But if I send the call through Unity I can only see which number that is calling.
This is problematic for the users.
Does anyone know of a way to retain the forwarding information through unity?
