Has anyone ever come across this situation before...
Call recording works all OK, but only records the IVR audio/DTMF tones
Call recording fails for the CFB audio..
It would appear in the traces that after the IVR PIN is accepted and authenticated, the CFB is invoked successfully but the call recording stops..
I see a SIP BYE sent from CUCM to the call recorder..
Before I dive deep into the logs, has anyone encountered anything like this before?
