We're needing to upgrade CWMS from 2.8 MR2 to 3.0. I've spoken to a TAC engineer and they are suggesting to do a manual upgrade. Have any of you upgraded from 2 to 3? Are the new VM's all deployed from the same OVA? The reason I ask is because the engineer is requesting that we create three new VM's from scratch in which case I have no idea how the new data would get there.
