Dear Team,
I have an issue when connect to SX20 using proximity in my laptop with Windows 7 64bit. The error is "Finding video systems". i already upgrade driver soundcard and using the latest version of proximity then follow this tutorial https://proximity.cisco.com/help/?platform=win&code=AUDCLNT_E_UNSUPPORTED_FORMAT , But not solving this issue.
