System Call Handler Changing Extension in applet

Hi, I am running Cisco Unity Connection 11.5.1.12900-21 and when I go into Call Management, System Call Handlers, Edit a Call Handler, then go into Greetings, Standard, try to edit the extension that appears in the Recordings Applet, then press Play or Press Record, I get a Unknown Error, Please contact System Administrator. Prevent this page from creating additional dialogs. I used to have similar error when it was a Java Applet in my older version of Cisco Unity. How do i fix this?
