We have webex setup on site with ldap authentication enabled.
information form CUCM is reflected correctly and there is no issue for using of webex.
Now we have to add users from a different domain to be able to use phones and webex.
I have added another ldap directory and the information is reflected in CUCM.
But... when i sync webex with cucm, the users from the second domain are not imported.
I can add a user from the second domain manually.
However, we face an authentication issue. Where will the user be authenticated from?
SO my main concern is how can i add users from a second domain to webex.
Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
