Hello, a post was made in 2017 where we asked how to set these parameters to default but not resolved
Forwarded Call Information Display on Device - Line Setting Default: When creating a new phone in CUCM 11.5, I would like the line setting for Forwarded Call Information Display on Device to automatically be set to Caller Name and Dialed Number.
I know we can do this by using BAT + template but is it possible to set these parameters by default somewhere in CUCM 11.5
This would avoid errors when the customer makes an add new or a super copy.
