We have a customer DA whose CCOID is linked to their old parent company. The company split into two separate entities a few years ago. When we assisted in registering him for SNTC, the old parent was only choice. We have successfully moved all contracted items to new parent name and site ID's, but in doing so, he lost access to the portal. Do we need to have him create a new ID or is it possible to have it moved to new parent?
