We installed CIsco ip telephones to CICM. The phone can be able to join to CICM. I can call the inside CM server, and I can record voices. But the agents can't login on the phone. If we go to settings --> login the phone sent udp request to the CICM, but the answer is HTTP ERROR .
The dhcp configuration is good, the DNS server konfiguration is good.
What should I do?
