I have a customer with a UC560 and the Voice mail has stopped working when we press VM button on phone we get message 'voicemail system is not accessible'. so far i have not been able to access the CUE from the web gui which should be at 10.1.10.1. I have accessed the GUI before but it was a long time ago.I feel like we have a mailbox that has exceeded the limit or a user that may need to be deleted I am not sure though.
I do have access to the console and can get to the UC560) proompt
? i am looking for a way to reset or restore the CUE/VM to operational status.
any help or input appreciated.
