Hey everyone!
We recently bought a new 371 access point for some laptops and phones in our building, and I'm having trouble with it. So far I have done the following to it:
- Changed default username and password
- Set up 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz broadcast networks
- Set radio broadcast to on
- Set DHCP info to automatic
When I plug the access point into where our old one was, the link lights (except wireless light) turn amber and the system does not receive any DHCP info. I had assumed this could be a DNS issue, but even with the correct DNS defined, it still doesn't receive any info. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
