I have what should be a simple question, but has seemed to confound the Cisco help desk folks.
I want to know if it possible to save a contacts IP address or IP alias along with a pin that is needed for a recurring meeting.
I want to do this on an SX80 (and a Spark Room Kit) end unit to assist with dialing into a remote bridge.
I'm thinking I should be able to do something along the lines of how I can save a number in my cell phone and include commas to create a pause, followed by a pin or access code to (for instance) to access my office voicemail or a telecon that I regularly participate in.
I'm hoping folks here will understand and either know how I can do that or know that it is something that Cisco is unable to support.
