I've been increasingly having trouble navigating around in the portal. Some screen will never load, some give the "you are not authorized" error. Using Chrome in both regular and incognito modes as well as IE. Cleared cache to no avail. I can usually click around in the menu and them come back to what I wanted and it will work, but not today. Very frustrating.
