Hi,
I rely on Webex for online classes and a few days ago, I tried to talk during a class meeting, and no one could hear me even though I was unmuted. Both my laptop (Asus) and Webex showed my microphone to be working perfectly. Today, the same thing happened in a different meeting. I tried using my Dell, and again, same exact issue: the Dell itself and Webex both tell me my mic works fine. I haven't had problems hearing anyone. Can someone please help? I'm extremely frustrated. And if you have suggestions, please feel free to explain like I'm five, because my knowledge of technology is very limited.
