Convert L2 packets to L3 IPv4 packets with Cisco IE4000 series switch

Hello Cisco Community,

I'm using Cisco IE4000-16GT4G-E switch. I have a need to add Layer 3 IPv4 header (with specific source & destination IP address) to Layer 2 Ethernet packets incoming on one of its port with data rate of around 5 Mbps and send it out on another port. 

 

Is it possible to configure the switch IE4000-16GT4G-E device for the above mentioned need?
