I have 2 extensions associated to my agent's phone.
Line 1: Agent Extension
Line 5: Personal Extension (Non-ACD)
This Personal extension is a hunt group member.
1. If I call the Personal Extension from a different phone, the agent's status remains as "Ready" - which is correct.
2. If I call the Hunt Pilot, the agent's status changes as "Not Ready - Non ACD Busy" - we find this as an issue.
We want the agent's status to remain as "Ready" always if the call comes from his non-ACD extension. Can you please help?
Change Agent State to Not Ready when Agent Busy on Non ACD Line is set as DISABLED.
