I am looking to see if CUCM Intercom function can be configured as a two way call, in other words, with the called end not muted and also to see if the Intercom answer tone can be disabled. This question was asked in conjunction with a security group that would like to use this feature. Looking for a yes/no and if so how does one do it. If no, please provide some detail as to why. Thank you in advance.
