This is the 1st time i've tried to use the sandbox environment for netconf.

- CSR1000V Host: ios-xe-mgmt.cisco.com
- SSH Port: 8181
- NETCONF Port: 10000
- RESTCONF Ports: 9443 (HTTPS)
- Username: developer
- Password: C1sco12345
- This device does not seem to be 'live'?
Does anyone know why or am I doing something wrong?
