During the CUCM installation, I encountered the error below. I suspect I got this error because the server was not shut down properly when I aborted the installation in the middle. I do have an external NTP server and I didn't reach the stage where you enter NTP IPs when I aborted the installation.
What I need is to start the installation again so I can enter all the necessary information again including external NTP. But every time I start CUCM VM the installation goes to the error below. How do I start the installation from the beginning?
The installation has encountered an unrecoverable internal error. For further assistance
report the following information to your support provider.
VM Primary Node must have an external NTP server.
The System will now halt.
