We recently had an issue where the HA was out of sync.
We broke HA and resarted the servers in proper order and re-established HA.
Verified the BDs were happy.
Now we find that our persistant chat rooms are missing in the jabber clients.
BUT.....
It only is the chat rooms that are addressed with a specific alias Conference-2
Can we move the chat rooms to a new alias?
Or is there something else we need to do.
We have verified this by creating several chat rooms and specifying Conference-2 in the location field from Jabber, then restarting the Cisco XCP Text Conference Manager.
The jabber client shows an error " conference room deleted"
Also - no errors when we run Diagnostic - System Troubleshooter for IM&P
