UCCX Basic and Advanced IVR with Flex License?

Hi,

 

I'm not sure if flex-cc license still has basic and advanced IVR concept applied in UCCX.

 

Flex-CC datasheet only mention that you will get Touch-tone IVR (2 ports per agent) for both standard and premium license but never mention about how many advanced IVR port do we get.

 

For example if I order 10 agent standard lic and 2 premium lic for supervisor. I will get 24 touch-tone IVR ports, but how many advanced IVR port that I will get? or 24 touch-tone IVR ports are identical to advanced IVR ports?

 

Anyone know?
