Hello,
I'm working on registering for Smart Net Total Care but keep getting getting the following error:
We are unable to process your registration request at this time. Kindly retry later. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I have already added my Contract number to my Cisco.com profile which has been approved. After entering a serial number of a covered device and selecting a delegation/Location, registration just fails. Is there another way for me to complete this?
