I am unable to login to my NetAcad account, and I require it for my apps and coursework. I receive the following message during my attempts:
Sorry, we can't find a NetAcad account associated with this Cisco account.
I am unsure how to fix this exactly, I did login to my cisco account but I see nothing under Account Management that relates to NetAcad.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
