Hi All,
For incoming FXO calls auto attendant does not respond to digit entry from certain provider, whereas recognize digit entries from other providers normally and the forwarded the entered extension normally.
Call flow:
PSTN caller – FXO – (Router to CUCM sip trunk)-CUCM-(CUCM to CUC sip Trunk)-Unity
What the problem looks like Is it dtmf issue with this certain provider, or misconfiguration please help me how to fix this issue.
