I have a SRP527W, ADSL2+ AnnexA, 802.11n ETSI 2FXS/1FX0, Version ID V01, which will not sync and the DATA LED is always on. I have tried another 527W on the same line and it does sync up ok. I have tried the unit that doesn't sync on more than one line.
I log in using admin.
In the Internet setup>Interface setup menu the WAN interface list shows the PVC0 is in RFC 1483 bridged EoA mode. I am unable to change this. When I try to edit this to PPPoE, fill out the authentication info, select "keep alive" and SUBMIT.
I get an error message "Fail! system is busy, please wait a minute and try again later" Continue button then takes me back to the interface setup menu with no changes made.
I have done a factory reset on the modem.
The unit did sync up on 2 occassions but after losing power it wouldn't resync.
I have upgraded the firmware to 1.01.19 (004)
Any suggestions please?
