Can not upgrade to 1.3.1.0 from 1.3.0.5

I upgraded my RVS4000 to 1.3.0.5 last month.  And now I want to upgrade to 1.3.1.0, but the browse button is disabled on the upgrade firmware page.  Is anybody else having this problem.

When I look at the html source it clearly has disabled turned for the button and edit box.

Before uploading the firmware, factory default this unit then manually confugure, most of the times this issue will be corrected. If does not please call us at 866-606-1866 US / Canada.
