Problem:
About 30% of incomming VoIP calls from our VoIP service provider cannot be setup
Diagnosis:
Cisco RV016 receive SIP INVITE from VoIP service provider packets but in ~30% cases does not forward them to LAN
What has been done:
- firmware upgrade (not help + broken IPSec)
- adding various firewall access rules
- test with another VoIP service providers (problem persists)
Setup:
Model: Cisco RV016 v. 3
Firmware: 4.2.1.02 (latest firmware is broken with IPSec-VPN Gateway-to-Gateway, so it can't be used in our environment)
Ports:
