Cisco RV340/345 end-of-life: What's the best upgrade path?

Hello,

Yesterday Cisco issued an end-of-life announcement for RV340 and RV345 models, see:

(I received the notice via email this morning) It looks like software updates/patches will cease on October 28, 2022 (a year from now)

I noticed that there are no RV-series routers that are newer than those models. Is Cisco planning to release a new model shortly? Or is there some other Cisco small business router with a dual-WAN capability that folks plan to switch to instead?

The short answer is no. We are working on positioning Meraki or ISR routers. At this time we could not provide any forecast of when the next Cisco Business Router will become available.
