Hello, i need some help with following questions for Cisco ProtectLink Gateway:
1.- The number of users per device? In this case the client has about 38 devices and each serves 2 or 3 users, so the total number of users is 100. You can buy the pack of 100 users but is understood to enable the service involved in 38 devices?
2.- How is the purchase for the second year?
3.- I have understood is administration via WEB for each device or is there some way to centrally manage all devices?
4.- There any support service or the customer can report events related to the product?
