Hello Richard, I am one of the engineers from the Small Business team.
I would recommend making sure of:
- Have the latest firmware version installed on both routers (version 18.104.22.168)
- Make sure that ISP modem is setup as bridge mode (or that Public IP address in showed on the WAN interface of the routers).
- The LANs cannot be duplicated on the routers.
- Make sure that all configuration between the two routers is matching.
Confirm that you are meeting the above recommendations and if the issue persists.
