I have SA520W and been having issues with my VOIP. The VOIP provider sent a technician. He pinged his public IP from with in the office and serval packages were lost. Theses packages carried "load" as I was told, it was not a simple ping. To verify the network the technician ask to have access to the internet connection directly (before the SA520W) and it worked perfectly. The packages are being lost on wi-fi and and cabled connections.
Also I've been having issue printing with MAC computers. they loss communication with the printers. I reset the SA520W and then the printers come online. I have check and the SA520W has not had a firmware upgrade since 2012. Any clues. I'm a small business that wanted a robust network, hence purchased this router and can't really afford a new one.
