My 1941 is not working since a power outage.

Hey there, ( I apologize if this is the wrong group)

We  have a Cisco 1941 on site that I don't have admin rights to.  The other night we were hit by lightning and the house went dark.  When the power came back the router came back on but there are no lights on the ge 0/1 port.  It worked prior to the power outage. Lights do come back on GE 0/0 -full green on S blinking green on L

Everything else on the switch came back after I restarted everything in the room (including the 1941).

So what should I do to figure out if the router is fried?

Hi,

Connect to the console of the router, restart the router and see what errors/info you get. This will give you an idea of the issue.

Thanks

john

Console into the router and reboot.
Post the entire boot-up process.
