We need help with our newly purchased Cisco Small Business RV082 10/100 8-Port VPN Router. After accessing the Router's Web-based Utlity and after entering the default username(admin) and password(admin), we are unable to configure the said router due configuration menu is not displayed. We tried pressing the RESET button for 30 seconds but still the same problem. We also tried using different web browsers IE 8, IE 9, Firefox 9 and Firefox 10 but still the same problem. Please help!
