I have a WRV200 at the office that I am trying to set up the VPN to allow users to access the office network from home. I can launch the Cisco Quick VPN client from home and connect to the office, but I cannot connect to anything. The details of my configuration are below
Office (Remote Site):
Router: WRV200
Firmware Version: 1.1.16
Internet Connection: Static IP/DSL
Internal Network: 10.x.x.x
Internal DNS servers: 2 on private network [10.x.x.x, 10.x.x.x] Windows Server 2008 R2
DHCP: Managed by Windows Server 2008 R2
The LAN sedttings on the office WRv200 are set up so that the local DNS servers are added as local DNS servers, however DHCP is disabled on the router.
Home:
Router: WRV200
Firmware Version:
Internet connection: Cable
DHCP: Enabled
Local network: 192.168.x.x
Client OS: Vista SP2 32 Bit
Quick VPN software: 1.4.1.2
Everything as far as the quick VPN seems to work, I can authenticate and connect. I have an option when I connect with the Quick VPN software to allow me to use the remote DNS servers, I have this box checked, and I see that the remote DNS servers 10.x.x.x now show up when I do an ipconfig /all on the vista box. I cannot resolve any names on the remote network, or connect to any resources on it either.
