Problems with PPTP user

Hello !!
I'm facing a problem using the CISCO RV220W router firmware version 1.0.3.5.
At this customer we have the follow network desing : Central office -> One IP PBX -> one RV220W ->Wan link

                                                                             Home Office -> One  IP-PHONE -> one RV220W -> Wan link

We have no problens in the network, there are one IPSec VPN TUNNEL connection between Central Office e Home Office, and the VoIP traffic flow without use of NAT technics.

Now we are using PPTP connection between smartphones and central office and after activating Softphones in the smartphones, and here comes de problem.

The PPTP client, even when use it at my smartphone or at my notebook, cannot have routing to Home Office , wich is connect between IPSec Tunnel.

What can I do to solve this problem ???

Hi Tarik,

I do not believe that the rv220w'sPPTP supports full tunneling. You should be able to accomplish this with SSL vpn or ipsec.
