Quickvpn & Windows 8

I am connected using Cisco Quickvpn using windows 7, which works correctly. I have a windows 8 computer that connects using quickvpn however i can only ping the gateway, i am unable to reach any other device on the network. Cisco support was not able to help me. 

Any suggestions?

I'm sorry that you are having this issue. The QuickVPN webpage says that the program only explicitly supports up to Windows 7. I have found previous post that could be helpful for you.
