There are several ways to obtain Cisco EoS/EoL announcements and documentation, but one useful way is to browse to: www.cisco.com/cisco/web/psa/default.html and then click on the "End of sale/End of life" link and drill down through the product and technologies listed. Also you can try a search on cisco.com (search box in upper right hand side) based on product Model number but not serial number.
