RV082 V2-V3 migration utility fail

Hi.

I tried to use Migration Utility v 1.2.2.0 with configuration file from older unit having VPN tunnels and application is crashing with windows MFC error(on several computers, so it is not related to PC).

Migration from V2 to V3 of configuration not having  VPN tunnels went ok.

I provided to Cisco support configuration file one month ago, but no answer till now.

Which RV082 firmware did you export the config file from? If you have provided your config file to the support agent, you could check with the agent whether they can reproduce the issue. Usually it won't take a month for the agent to get back to you if the steps to reproduce the issue is clear.

Hi.

Thank you Eric for prompt reply. I have sent you an email with information requested (also with configuration file).

Regarding know issues of migration utility , none is about application fail or crash. I would have no problem if conversion was done having "special characters" replaced.
