RV130 very high CPU usage when QoS enabled

Should QoS consume so much CPU power?

My config

WAN : GigaLAN to 300M fiber modem

LAN:  3x 100M LAN to 3 access points

QoS setting : Port based, 3 APs are set to high, mid, low priority

Test executed:

recursive shell script wget -q -O /dev/null ftp://download.my.isp.test.server/BIGFILE.zip

Result

QoS	CPU load	Total downstream	Other problem
Enable	> 85%	< 130Mbps	Slow GUI Sometimes PPTP drops
Disable	7% to 9%	up to 185Mbps

I have the same issue using the last firmware (1.0.3.14). What are the procedure to disable QoS?
