We have around 100 RV134 routers with various passwords and we are no longer able to access them remotely or locally.
Is anyone else having this issue?
It seems rather strange that we are no longer able to access them in various locations in the last few days?

There are some users reported in the community same issue.
1. reboot the device and check you able to access.
2. try to upgrade to latest version and test it.
3. reset the device and check (make sure you have backup to restore ?)
still issue ..please contact SMB TAC

I would strongly suspect a hack using known vulnerabilities. If any of these sites are important, I would shut down all these units immediately and update their firmware and check their configuration for anything that allows remote access or login before putting them back in service. If you have the issue again, you will need to change to another model/brand or both.
Good luck! The bad actors are more prevalent than ever.
