Load balancing not working, have tried everything I can think of including reset to factory defaults. Did work at one time but not for long. Any help would be appreciated. Traffic seems to favor wan 1 even when from multiple pc's.

Hi Lesdotcom,
Thanks for contacting Cisco online support community.
Is your router in the load balance mode? If it is the load balance mode, the router balances the traffic between the two interfaces in a weighted round-robin method. The traffic distribution is completely based on router decision. If you want to distribute manually, Please configure the protocol binding based on the source IP address to prefer particular WAN interface.

Hi Kumar,
Thanks for the reply.
It is in load balance mode but even when the bandwidth specified in the ISP settings is exceeded the new connections are still routed to the same interface. I tried binding protocols for two ip addresses (one to each interface) but the bindings seem to be ignored and all connections are routed to same interface.

Hi Lesdotcom,
Thanks for contacting Cisco online support community.
Please update the below status.
1. Firmware version on the router. If not latest update to the latest.
2. Have you checked the status after factory reset of the device?
3. What is the port status of the WAN interface where traffic is not flowing? Are you getting WAN IP in case DHCP enabled on WAN?
3. What is the status if only one WAN is connected to the router? Are you able to access the internet?
Regards,
