I have 1 RV325 hanging off of a modem provided by Comcast. The modem is set to DHCP on both WAN and LAN so no statics. My internal network shares, and printing are all fine. Outgoing connections are dropping to internet sources. I also have VoIP on the network and the VoIP phones are randomly dropping as well. SIP ALG Turned on, Firewall ON, SPI on, on the RV325 firewall. Weird thing is I have a VPN connection through this router as well and I never see the VPN connection drop. When doing a speed test from the modem I get 100/25 which is what I should be receiving. Doing this from the router I get maybe 75/15 or below. I have played with all types of MTU settings setting it below 1400 seems to not have any fragments when I do a "ping google.com -f -l 1400" from one of the desktops. I have read multiple posts about these routers having slow connection issues. Are they just junk? I really hope not as my company purchased a truck load of them.
